About

The Kaiser Permanente Biostatistical Consulting Unit (BSCU) was founded in 2004 in response to growing research interest in Kaiser Permanente medical centers across Northern California. In 2023, Juleon Rabbani, DrPH became our program director with a mission to elevate our medical education and community health research programs. Our highly skilled programming, scientific, and operational staff collaborate across three teams to support this mission.
