Data Reporting and Analytics Consultant IV, Biostatistics

About Me

Deanna grew up in a Minneapolis suburb and received her bachelor’s degree in Biology from the nearby University of Minnesota. She obtained her Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of South Florida (remote).

Deanna has always loved working with data and numbers. Before pursuing her current career in clinical research, Deanna worked on surveillance for HPV vaccine/cervical pre-cancer as an epidemiologist. She enjoys working with the BSCU because of its potential to directly improve health outcomes. In the future, she hopes to spend her time immersed in data and stats, learning, and continuing to make positive contributions to public health.

In her free time, Deanna loves being outdoors: jogging, hiking, camping, and gardening. She also enjoys spending time with her 3 cats, playing cello, reading, and playing board games.
