The Biostatistical Consulting Unit (BSCU) plays a strategic role in advancing Kaiser Permanente’s learning health system, fostering a culture of lifelong learning, and enhancing the professional growth of attending physicians and trainees. By promoting evidence-based decision-making, the BSCU acts as a catalyst for ideas that elevate care delivery and drive the strategic growth of our medical group and organization.
